Carmen joined our team in April of 2008, boasting 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. Carmen serves clients through the preparation of annual client reviews and policy changes. Prior to joining Greenberg & Rapp Financial Group, Carmen worked for a Northwestern Mutual agency for 10 years, specializing in investment management, processing trades, and conducting underwriting services.

Carmen has excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to create synergies with internal teams, centers of influence, and vendors at all levels. Carmen’s extensive experience has enabled her to build rapport with carriers, advisors, and clients while providing exceptional service. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies she adheres to in all aspects of her life.

Carmen enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has two children and is a proud grandma to her granddaughter. She loves to travel and explore new places and enjoys working out and staying fit.
