Our Team

Kathleen joined the firm in 2007 as the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer for Eagle Rock, A Greenberg & Rapp Company. Her focus is on the company’s finances and reporting as well as the day-to-day operations, technology, and human resources for the firm.

Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Greenberg & Rapp Financial Group, she served as a Managing Director of Operations for a NJ/NY Independent Wealth Management firm, and a NYC Life Insurance Brokerage Agency.

She is active in many charitable fundraising efforts including Comfort Zone Camp, CZC, a nonprofit bereavement camp. She has been very active in her community, served as President of the local swim team association and a team manager for the YMCA swim team. She graduated from Northeastern University. She lives in Cedar Grove, NJ and has three children.
