As President, Mike is responsible for overseeing growth and profitability initiatives for Eagle Rock’s private wealth and institutional businesses.  Mike has an extensive background previously running large organizations, including senior roles as SVP of Estate Planning at Prudential Securities, President of Hartford Life Insurance, Founder of Simplicity Financial Group and CEO of Covr Financial Technologies.  In these roles, Mike has focused extensively on enhancing the utilization of insurance and protection solutions as part of financial planning for high-net-worth clients and business owners. 

Mike is married with 3 children.  He is an avid golfer and skier and active in many industry and community organizations, including trustee for the Connecticut Science Center and a member of the dean’s advisory board of the University of Delaware.  He previously served as trustee for the American College of Financial Services and a member of the ACLI.
