Kathleen joined the practice in 2007 as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Kathleen oversees the company’s finances and reporting, as well as day-to-day operations, technology, and human resources.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Greenberg & Rapp Financial Group, she served as Managing Director of Operations for a New Jersey/New York-based independent wealth management firm, and a New York City-based life insurance brokerage agency.

She is active in many charitable fundraising efforts including Comfort Zone Camp (CZC), a nonprofit bereavement camp. She is active in her community, having served as President of the local swim team association and a team manager for the YMCA swim team. Kathleen lives in Cedar Grove, NJ and has three children.
