For more than three decades, Ron has guided clients in growing, managing, and preserving multigenerational wealth, with specialized expertise in business succession planning, executive benefits, and advanced estate-planning strategies.

Ron began his career with Prudential in 1988 and holds some of the industry’s most respected designations: Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), and Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®). A lifelong top producer, he is a qualifying Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table and past president of the North Jersey Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He remains an active member of the Tri-County and Northern New Jersey Estate Planning Councils and is a frequent speaker on family wealth preservation and business exit-planning strategies.

Community Involvement

In the community, Ron is a founding board member of the Ray Mikovits Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships to deserving high school graduates who lack the financial resources to pursue higher education.

Ron lives in Morristown, NJ with his wife Debbie. He is an avid golfer & skier.
