Our Team

Kat joined the firm in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant working in business and office operations. Kat attended Endicott College upon graduation, she began her career as a Claims Adjuster for Unigard Insurance Group in New Jersey. She served as Department Supervisor of Property and Casualty Litigation for 7 years. Following the company’s relocation to the West Coast, Kat remained in New Jersey and transitioned into real estate at E. Geoffrey Ward.

Between then and joining Greenberg and Rapp, Kat focused on raising her son in Mendham, New Jersey. She enjoyed chairing multiple school and fundraising committees, including a position as a member of the Board of Trustees for the West Morris Recreation Committee. In her spare time Kat likes to cook, play tennis, and spend time on the golf course.
